Car Insurance

If you are being treated for a motor vehicle collision and plan on

working with the at-fault party’s insurance company, we will send your

bill and records directly to that insurance company. All we need is the

claim number, at-fault insurance company’s name and the name of the

adjuster speaking to you.

Attorney

 

If you plan on hiring an attorney to help you with the insurance

company, we will send the bill and records to your lawyer when you

have finished your treatment. If you need help finding an attorney, let us know and we can recommend one for you.

Self Pay

 

We accept cash or check at the time of service.
